According to the Health Ministry's daily coronavirus update announcement, Egypt recorded 927 new coronavirus cases on Friday, bringing the total infection number to 329,136 since the outbreak began in February 2020.
In its daily coronavirus announcement, Egypt's Health Ministry revealed that 52 new deaths connected to Covid-19 complications were officially registered in the past 24 hours across the country, increasing the overall number of deaths from the virus to 18,535.
A total of 432 people have been discharged after recovering from the virus, increasing the total number of recoveries to 277,233, according to the announcement.
